Agnes Khoo lectures on International Politics and Organizations, Asia, Asia-Africa Relations, Migration, Migrant and Refugee Movements, International NGOs and Civil Societies, Gender, and Development at Webster University (Global) and Yonsei University (South Korea). With a BA degree in Sociology & Social Work from National University of Singapore, an MA degree in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies (The Netherlands), and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Manchester (UK), she has taught in UK universities and in Bangladesh. Agnes has also researched, translated, and published on Asia, Migration & Gender, Women’s Oral History, and Africa-Asia Relations.
