Dr Abdouragmane Seck is on anthropologist and historian based in the Faculty of Civilization, Religion, Arts and Communication at University Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis, Senegal, where he teaches at the Center for the Study of Religions.

Dr. Seck is the author of several works on Islam and the South-South migration. He is currently leding a building process to create an African-Asian Studies Center for French speakers.
